Australia Awards Scholarship
This initiative by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia provides scholarships to students from developing countries. Applicants will be able to undertake undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes from some of the country’s highest-ranking universities.
The cost of economy class airfare, establishment allowances, supplementary academic support, medical health insurance, research field allowances and tuition fees will be covered. Universities hosting these scholarships in Australia include Bond University, Carnegie Mellon University, Curtin University of Technology, Monash University, TAFE Queensland, the Australian National University – amongst many others. The deadline to apply is Apr. 30, 2021.

Macquarie Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarships
The Macquarie University Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship is awarded to recognise academic excellence for international students. This highly competitive scholarship is based on academic merit and provides a partial tuition fee scholarship for outstanding candidates to pursue an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at Macquarie University.
This scholarship provides up to 10,000 Australian dollars, applied towards tuition fees. The deadline is currently ongoing and the next course begins in July 2021.
University of New South Wales International Scholarships
The University of New South Wales (UNSW) offers a wide range of scholarships and awards to support international undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students commencing full-time study at UNSW. The list of the specific scholarships can be found on their official website. To begin in the second term, students are encouraged to send in their application by Mar. 31, 2021.
ANU College of Engineering & Computer Science International Postgraduate Excellence Scholarship
The Australian National University (ANU) is offering the ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science International Postgraduate Excellence Scholarships for international students who wish to undertake a master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science. The objective of the award is to acknowledge the outstanding academic performance of international students joining ANU and aims to support them in their transition to the Australian National University.
The award provides a 50% tuition fee scholarship for up to one year of a graduate diploma or master’s coursework programme offered by the college. To make it for the second semester, applicants will need to meet the deadline of May 1, 2021.
